Where we ship

MattEli Finds currently ships physical products within the United States only.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. The estimated delivery range shown on each product page and at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and address issues may affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are shown on the product page and at checkout. Rates vary by item type, size, and weight. If an order contains multiple items, checkout will calculate the available shipping charge for that order.

Addresses and tracking

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins. When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout.

Order issues

For tracking, address, delivery, or other order questions, email orders@mattelifinds.shop with your order number. For a damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, email returns@mattelifinds.shop.
